1. Request a Session. Simply state your name and if you’d like a 30-minute, 60-minute, or Group Session.

2. Get the Details. Jeffrey will respond with a brief description of what to expect and how the session is risk-free, then will also offer a potential date and time.

3. Schedule the date. If Jeffrey’s suggested date works, only your confirmation is needed. If you would prefer a different date and time, just ask!

4. Receive Your Session. All personal sessions are conducted over Zoom and are video recorded. You will receive the recording afterwards for your reference, records, and sharing with others (if you choose).
