NOTE:  The Center for Movement and Healing is located on the second floor.  Access is by stairs only - no elevator.  Since the facility is primarily a yoga studio, please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or large beach towel to protect the floor.  Seats are on-floor seatback chairs.  Some four-leg chairs will be available, but protection of the floor is a priority.
