What if I told you that your reality is not something that happens to you, but something that emerges from within you? Many of us search outside ourselves for answers, guidance, and direction—seeking clarity from others, whether it be psychics, mediums (yes, including myself here), friends, family, clergymen. While these sources can be valuable, the truth is that your own inner spirit is the foundation of your personal experience in this physical reality. Your consciousness, energy, and beliefs shape the world around you, making you the architect of your journey.
Your inner spirit is not just a passive observer of reality—it is the creator of it. Spiritual traditions and even quantum physics suggest that our thoughts, emotions, and consciousness influence the way reality unfolds. When we begin to work with our inner essence and understand the messages we are feeding it, we become more conscious in how we are shaping our lives.
Think of your inner as a film projector—whatever light and images exist within via the breadth of your ego and conscious mind will be cast onto the screen of your life. If your internal state is rooted in fear or doubt as fed to it by your egoic self, your external world will reflect that. But when you operate from a place of inner peace, confidence, and awareness, your life begins to mirror those qualities.
Reality acts as a mirror, reflecting back to us the beliefs and expectations we hold within. Our beliefs, emotions, and subconscious patterns act as a blueprint for our external experiences.
For instance, if you deeply believe that you are undeserving of success, you may find yourself in situations that reinforce that belief—missed opportunities, self-sabotage, or external rejection. On the other hand, when you shift your internal narrative to one of self-worth and confidence, doors begin to open in unexpected ways.
This is not about ignoring hardships or bypassing challenges, but rather recognizing how you use the various parts of yourself in manufacturing the very nature of your exterior experiences. The more conscious you are of your thoughts, emotions, and expectations, the more power you have in shaping your experience.
Many people seek external validation or guidance, but the most profound wisdom comes from within. Your inner spirit knows the path that is right for you. Cultivating a relationship with your inner being through meditation, self-reflection, and intuitive listening allows you to receive the answers you seek. But in order to receive those answers, you must first begin the conversation. You must intentionally go within to uncover this part of yourself.
Here’s a simple exercise to do just that: Find a quiet space, close your eyes, and follow your breath. Follow it all the way into your lungs, into the recesses of your self that you cannot see, beneath the confines of your skin. Dwell in that inner universe that your breath takes you to, deep inside. Become aware of how that inner space doesn’t contain any physical boundaries; for the deeper you go, you end up moving through the realm of the quantum, to where a portion of you has no anchor into linear time or three-dimensional space. Become aware of how there is a portion of you that has no edges, no boundaries, and is completely limitless. The more you practice tuning in, the greater conversation between your upper conscious mind and your inner conscious mind will become, and you will gain clearer insight into your experiences (and how you create them).
You Are the Architect of Your Journey
Your life is not dictated by chance or external forces —it is shaped by what you carry within. In today’s political climate – nationally and globally – it’s vitally important for everyone to realize this, otherwise many will fall into the unfortunate role of being a victim because they will not believe themselves capable of any other alternative. Unfortunately, that is also what most people in the halls of power are counting on.
But the truth is: You create your personal experience -- not them. The question is: What reality are you creating for yourself?
