What have we missed in mediumship by remaining so focused on the end result of survival evidence and a message – all of which are vitally important to prove its validity? We’ve forgotten the essence of what is truly going on.
What If My Loved One in Spirit has Reincarnated?
It’s a question I get asked at every mediumship demonstration. “What if my loved one is no longer in Heaven, but they have reincarnated back on earth?” When we review Time from a linear perspective, this question is a logical concern. We perceive reality moment-by-moment, where the “present” disappears into a perceived “past” and the “future” has not yet opened up to become an experienced “Now” moment.
However, we have been told by those in spirit – and which subsequently is now being confirmed by theoretical physics – Time does not flow in the way we think.
Are We Holding Them Back?
It’s a question that comes up every now and then during the course of a mediumship reading. If we are always sending our thoughts and feelings toward our loved ones in spirit and hoping that they remain with us, are we holding them back? Are we keeping them from moving forward – as if we are somehow taking control of their spirit and forcing them to remain here without any will-power of their own?
They *DO* Share Our Pain
Song of the Soul's Expansion
When we take a close look at nature, it tells us that it is not only about surviving, it also about thriving and becoming more than what we were before --whether that “more” is in quantity, or in the case of natural selection, “quality.” So when it comes to examining our own personal journeys, what we have so far been calling the “force of Life” is also the Song of your Spirit. Now, the trick lies in the fact that consciousness can only be Itself, and what it currently accepts as knowing within Itself will be what is manifested for experience. So how do we move beyond our boundaries and grow into something we have yet to be?
My Cat's Signs of Spiritual Survival
The Most Important New Year's Resolution
As always, we start this season with the “New Year’s Resolution.” For me, this year I am choosing to work on cultivating a more positive mindset. On the surface, this sounds like a decent resolution – who wants to go through the next 12 months as a sourpuss? But upon closer examination, there’s a series very valid reasons why each of us could consider this one of the most important endeavors to pursue.
Building the Communication Bridge to the Spirit World
Those in spirit feel the loss, too. Perhaps even more especially so, since they know they are still quite alive and are aware, yet battling against a symbolic brick wall of everyone back here on earth relying so much on the outer senses for interaction. So how do we “get them back” and help them reach us? How do we – both here on earth and the Other Side – regain some sense of communion, and thus “wholeness” again within our hearts?
A Perspective on Fear
When it comes to doing things psychic or otherwise considered “paranormal” or “unordinary,” there’s always a possibility of encountering that essence inside that leaves one crying out “Noooo!” A lot of people experience this when they are forced with public speaking (not necessarily paranormal, but outside a perceived comfort zone), or also having to address an emotional issue with a partner, etc. In technical terms, we call it Fear. And as I eluded to in the latter sentence, it is a form of rallying against going outside your comfort zone.
